Zhejiang Motor Race Circuit, Shaoxing, China.
This unique, very prestigious project was for a private individual, investing £300M in a motor race circuit. This was a Project Management and Client Liasion role, and involved the management and co-ordination of 41 design consultants.
The scheme covers an area of 50 Hectares, and an enabling works package was procured which involved rock blasting and then cutting and filling 750,000m3 of material. The project comprised an FIA Grade 2 motor race circuit, Kart Racing Circuit, Pits Building, Grandstand, 5 * Hotel and Club House, 9 storey office building, Exhibition Centre, Car Showrooms, Multi storey car park, VIP lodges and anciliary maintenance buildings.   
At the peak times of the programme, there were approximately 1200 construction personnel on site.

High Speed Rail, HS2 Phase 2A.
This is one of the largest infrastructure projects undertaken in the U.K. at £42Bn, and is certainly one of the highest profile projects. This appointment was to provide a unique service as a Land Access Manager, managing an "in house" team of co-ordinators and interfacing with the Client, and other disciplines involved with the the scheme design. The challenge was to gain access to as much land as possible, to enable a suite of ecology surveys to be undertaken, to inform the design and mitigation measures. The role was completed with a high degree of success, with access being secured to approximately 8,300 Ha of land, and 6625 No ecology surveys being undertaken in a single season.

Gallions Reach Retail Park, Beckton, East London.
This appointment was to act as the Employers' Agent on the delivery of a new build retail park, encompassing the construction of 200,000 ft2 of retail space, over a 46 week period. The role also involved stakeholder management of the Developer, Investor and end user, and a Tenant Liasion role to ensure 27 key retailers were able to commence their fit out works and open for trading on time. 
Jaguar Land Rover, Castle Bromwich.
Project Management lead for the "Capacity Uplift" programme of works, to significantly increase the annual vehicle production at this plant. The programme of works was of a complex nature, in a "live" manufacturing environment, and involved a new ASRS facility, Integrated Logistics Centre and a 4,000 space multi-storey car park. The project required a high degree of management skills to engage with the numerous stakeholders, external design consultants and stautory authorities.     
Royal Mail Group Property, Delivery Offices.
A "Client side" programme manager role delivering a national portfolio of Delivery Offices during a four year period. project locations included West London (Premier Park), Twickenham, Grays, Stornoway, Leicester, Ashford, Templeton, Antrim, Sutton Coldfield,Leamington Spa, Portsmouth, Esher, Dundee, Islington, Paddington and Kelso. This demanding role involved providing input into business cases, and procurement advice to appoint suitable consultants and contractors, and the hands on management of design team members and contractors.
